Programm color

In some tutorial videos I can see that when you open inkscape program color is black. I have light grey. My question is - is it possible to change color?

Yes : the program appearance is a gtk2 theme, so you may find some on the internet, how to install them will vary depending on your OS (On Windows, the gtkrc file should be located in <Inkscape install directory>\etc\gtk-2.0. )
