would like to share a drawing to facebook

How can I share a drawing to facebook. would like to convert to jpeg or maybe print drawing and scan it then share on facebook.

Hi Rick,

yes, facebook doesn't allow for svg uploads.

And Inkscape doesn't allow for jpg export.

But, AFAIK, both support png. You can just do the usual File -> Export to png (don't make it too huge, though, or upload will take long).

Facebook then also has a problem with transparent backgrounds - it will show them black... at least in preview, never tried to go further.
So you will need to add a white rectangle the size of your export area at the bottom of your drawing before you export.
