Arabic for Inkscape

Greetings - I believe my question is very simple. Is there a font in Inkscape for Arabic? If no - then can I copy and paste Arabic fonts from WORD into Inkscape and create a SVG - that I can use in VideoScribe to write out Right to Left our Academic Pledge?
