Hi Jo,

depending on what exactly you would like to achieve, there are plenty of options for this.

The easiest way is probably to draw a line (use Bezier tool or Pencil tool) and then to add an arrow-shaped end (or start) marker to it.

If you want to draw your arrow in a different way, you can learn more about how to use Inkscape by looking into the tutorials that come with Inkscape. You can find those in the Menu: Help -> Tutorials.
