How can I submit a .po file with new translations?

I am interested in helping to translate the Inkscape interface into Dutch. I had a detailed look on the wiki's translation information page, but it is not clear to me where to submit an updated .po file. In addition, I wondered how credits are given to the translators since it seems to me that it is generally not the original translator that commits the file through svn.

You submit it as a bug here on Launchpad, and attach your file to it.

I'm not sure about the credits but I think anyone who contributes gets to have his name added to the translators list.

Hi Kris,

Now that you're a regular, I guess I can close this question "Solved" ;)

I confirm that you need to be added in the TRANSLATORS file to see your name in the translators list.
Do you want me to add you? You can also attach this file with the next nl.po in the usual report. Just tell me.

Hi, Off course this one can be closed. I did not know this question was still open. I did not even know I ever asked it. ;-)
Could you do the necessary. It's quite possible that a new nl.po takes some time.
