How to add TeXText extention to Inkscape 0.91?

I have upgraded to Inkscape 0.91.
I had 0.48 earlier with this extension on Windows as well as Ubuntu 14.04 LTS in a dual boot system.
When I upgraded to WIndows 10, I lost this extension. While looking to add it again I found Inkscape 0.91 and installed it.
Now I would like to have TeXText extension in this new version too.

Please advise me on how I can do this.
