Hi Robert,

you might want to take a look at the extensions Gcodetools and Export -> Plot... .
Or there's Inkcut, but it has been last updated in 2010, so it might not work with current Inkscape versions:

If you have questions about those, you are probably best served asking them in a forum or directly to the extension's developer.
