row and columns option

I am new to inkscape and I am watching a tutorial that had wants me to select the row and column option from the objects tab....my version .91 does not have it there, where is it

The menu item 'Object > Rows and Columns' was renamed to 'Object > Arrange' in Inkscape 0.91.
