question on doing Ornamental design

I am working on a project for school and I cannot get into my online class right now, due to maintenance is working on the site, but I forgot how to change a image into ornament

Hi Lorraine,

it's a bit hard for me to guess what you'd like to do from what you wrote, but I think you might mean that you want to vectorize a raster image (turn a pixel-based picture into a vector image).
