When the canvas is moved to use the space key , it can not be released

When the canvas is moved to use the space key and dragging the mouse , it will not be released . Other operations also it will not accept . Document is blank .

OS : ubuntu 14.04LTS 64bit
CPU : AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 Processor × 4
Graphics board : GeForce GT 640/PCIe/SSE2
Memory : 7.8GB
HDD : 156.3GB

Hi skazuei,

this sounds like a known problem on Ubuntu with a certain keyboard (really!).
Please look into this bug report for more info, and add yourself to the supporters there, if this *is* your problem:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1400234

If this is not your problem, please file a new bug report (and try another keyboard, who knows if this is also valid for some others...).
