Creating custom fritzing part

I am having problems creating the pcb portion for a custom fritzing part. I don't see how to adjust layers to include copper. Can you help me any?

Hi MiraB,

it seems you are using fritzing, and use Inkscape to edit svg files for it. Fritzing isn't related to Inkscape.

We could tell you all about paths, nodes, objects, fills, strokes and other svg characteristics, as well as about how Inkscape works, but custom fritzing parts, copper and other PCB stuff is not exactly our specialty.

It might be better to ask your specific question either to the person whose instructions you are following, or at fritzing.org - or to rephrase it in terms of what kind of objects you want in your svg.
