Inkscape

files from 0.48 open in 0.91=objects appear moved and circles become ovals

Hello.
I'm using windows 7 64bit with inkscape 0.48 and made some files saved in inscape .SVG

When I open those files in other inkscape version in example:
-windows 7 64bit inkscape 0.91
-mac OSX inkscape 0.91

It happens that objects are displaced very little and circles become ovals i.e.:
X:786.745 Y:23.201 W:12.000 T:12.000 mm
X:786.744 Y:23.202 W:12.003 T:11.997 mm

Can anyone help me please? I would really appreciate it.
