how to extract a colour to add to my pallet

i want to use a colour I have in a picture and I cant find a pipet type tool to extract it where is one in inkscape

penultimate tool (19th). If you don't see all tools, there is a small arrow showing the last ones at the end.
Shortcut is F7 (or D)
