How can I generate JPG, TIFF and GIF?

Please explain how we can create TIFF formats, because my printers are complaining that the PNG files do not have adequate 300 DPI resolution.

You can generate png with inkscape, then convert them with gimp or imagemagick's convert, or any tool you like to any raster format you want.
