Default Export PNG dpi value in preferences overwritten by document Export PNG panel dpi value.

Changing the value of dpi in the Export PNG panel and quitting, updates the defaultxdpi value in preferences.xml.

Seems to me "default" value entered in the Bitmaps preferences panel should persist, regardless of most recent dpi setting in Export PNG panel.

v 0.91, LinuxMint and WinXP
