restore the original settings to inkscape

Hi Ivan,

I don't know what 'does not work properly' means for you, sorry.

If you want to reset all preferences, then delete or better rename the file

%APPDATA%\inkscape\preferences.xml (Windows)
~/.config/Inkscape/preferences.xml (Linux)

and restart Inkscape.
