TexText extension does not work on V0.91

I have followed this instruction to install textext on my Inkscape V0.91, but an error pop out as

"Traceback (most recent call last): File "textext.py", line 306, in <module>
raise RuntimeError("Neither pygtk nor Tkinter is available!")
RuntimeError: Neither pygtk nor Tkinter is available!"

I have seen some discussions on V0.48 and earlier versions, but is there any way working for V0.91? Thanks.
