select one side of rectangle

I have one large rectangle and three small rectangles stacked vertically. How can I align the three small rectangles with one of the vertical sides of the large rectangle?

Hi Studio Tech,

use the alignment dialog or the snapping feature :)

Find the corresponding manual entries here:

http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Align.html (use one of the four icons in the top field with a yellow rectangle)

http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Snapping.html (the dialogs have changed a little in 0.91, but you will still easily find out how it works)
