Hi geethu,

if you choose quadratic or rounded line ends, the dashes may border directly on each other. Make sure your stroke has 'normal' line ends (the first ones in the row), and if necessary, zoom in to see the single dashes.

If you meant something else, please elaborate, and don't forget to mention your operating system and Inkscape version.
