if you are on Linux, I guess the best place to start would be here (I was successful in getting my Huion tablet to work, thanks to their help) :

Maybe you need to ask on their mailing list, your specific tablet does not seem to be among the currently supported tablets.

If you are on Win/MacOSX, please look into the forums linked from the Inkscape website: https://inkscape.org/en/community/ . The interface for input devices has changed recently, and I think the documentation has not been updated yet, so asking people who were successful is probably the most promising way.

You could also play around with the settings for 'Input devices' in Inkscape. Depending on your version, you find them either in the menu item 'File' or 'Edit'.
