Hi Alan,

what exactly would you like to do?

Do you

* want to change the page size?

 -> File -> Document properties -> edit the size here

* want to change the size of (a part of) your drawing?

 -> Select the object, hold Ctrl down for keeping the ratio, drag/push the handles

* want to do something entirely different?
