Why do not you put a window to open when you turn on the inkscape to set the screen size to create works kind of color type of measure.
that is it does not appear to connect.

Hi!

You mean like Krita does?

You can always change the document properties with Shift+Ctrl+D.

If you need this feature, and if there is no feature request for this yet, you could make this a bug report.

style corel draw not know if you can do a similar.
and to start the program it shows the welcome screen to that you can configure.
And when we click on new again shows the screen to set up the work area.
