I installed your Prgrm and I could vectorize an image, but now no longer allows me to vectorize other that I can do. Thanks in advance

there are several similar problems listed in our bug reports. Could you check if one of those is the same as yours?
Unfortunately, you did not give enough detail, so I cannot check.
