drawing potentiometer graticules for front panels

Hi
I need to draw 270 degree pot graticules for electronic front panel designs, like the 1-10 control matking on an amplifier. Is this possible please?

probably :-) I have no idea what a graticule is, but I think creating one could be similar to creating a clock face... Only with less than 360°...
