updated ptBR translation file

I already worked on the ptBR for inskcape next release 0.91. I got it on 47% and it is now on 57%. Where should I upload/send this file to? :)

Hi Victor,

I'm not a member of the translators' group for the inkscape software, but as far as I understand, this page http://inkscape.org/en/contribute/translations/ says to
- either make a bug report in inkscape and attach the file
- or to send it to the mailing list.

I don't know which method is the preferred one, I would probably choose the bug.
