Some fonts are not recognized

I have some fonts with special characters in the name, in fact '[' and ']'.
They are not recognized by Inkscape,
Is there any solution to this fact?

Are these characters in the file name or in the font name?
If they are in the filename, you can try renaming the font and seeing whether this solves the problem. Anyway, you should file this as a bug.
