Sozi on MAC (Inkscape 0.48.5 and OSX 10.9)

I have some trouble to install Sozi in MAC, and ohter thread (https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+question/194132) someome said that Sozi does not work out-f-box for MAC and Inkscape 0.48.5 (probably becuase the need of PyGtk). I follow the installation details of sozi site for MAC OSX 10.8 (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2324311/Sozi_Mountain_Lion.html) and one of the thinghs that should be intall is the PyGtk library (which is already done). The problem is that the same legend of the refered thread is show when I try to use sozi:

"The fantastic lxml wrapper for libxml2 is required by inkex.py and therefore this extension. Please download and install the latest version from http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/lxml/, or install it through your package manager by a command like: sudo apt-get install python-lxml"

Which was the case in the other thread. It seems that the path of the lxml library is not found, but I cannot verify which is the real problem. I added the necessary paths in the Inkscape files (in OSX they are in /Applications/Inkscape.app/Contents/Resources/bin/inkscape), but even setting the phyton vertsion to 2.7 it does not work.
