This feature, exactly like Corel, is not available in Inkscape. I wonder if you could ungroup all the text, in Corel, before you import to Inkscape?

The Inkscape manual is available in English, Spanish and French http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/. Maybe 1 of them would allow you to look up the info you need?

Briefly, in Inkscape, text can either be text, or paths. When you type out your text, with the Text tool, you can edit the text in various ways, with Inkscape controls (cut, copy, paste, kern, bold, superscript, etc.). When you click once on the canvas with the Text tool, and type out some text, or when you drag out a text box and type text inside the box, either way, it is all 1 text object. If you click somewhere else on the canvas, or drag out another text box, you start another new text object. There is no way to break up the text, unless you type only 1 character or 1 word at a time, as separate text objects.

But some features of Inkscape won't work on text, or if your project is going to be displayed online, the text might not display properly (for a couple of reasons). So sometimes, there is a good reason to convert the text to paths. After it is converted to paths, it can no longer be edited AS TEXT -- no longer can you type new text, no longer can you kern, etc. However, once converted to paths, it can easily be broken down by word or character. Like this:

Select text
Path menu > Object to Path
Ungroup (each character is a separate compound path)

To make each word a separate path (compound path), after ungrouping, do Path menu > Combine.

Inkscape doesn't have such a feature. You're welcome to make a new feature request, although I don't know if the developers would be interested in adding it.

Maybe ~suv or other member, who are closer to the development end of Inkscape (than I am) could say whether it would be worthwhile to submit a feature request?

i receive this type of error inkscape has received additional data from the script executed. The script did not return an error, but this may indicate the results will not be as expected.
