Do you mean you want to print on both sides of an actual piece of paper?

I've never heard of an Inkscape document (or any other graphics.....or any kind of computer file in the universe) that has 2 sides. Not that I'm exactly a computer expert, though.....

There are a couple of ways to think about changing the page color.

The default Inkscape doc has a transparent background, although it looks opaque white. The background can be any color/opacity. File menu > Document Properties > Page tab > General > Background. Click on the bar with the checkerboard pattern to open up a very small dialog, where you can change the color and/or opacity.

Sometimes that's a beautiful solution. But in some situations, that background color will not come through. I don't know what makes it show up, or not show up.

To be absolutely sure the bg color will stay with the image, simply draw a rectangle the size of the page, make it the color/opacity you want, and send it to the back (Lower to Bottom, in Inkscape terms).

I'll be interested to hear more about this 2-sided page :-)

Can you help with this problem?
