svg conversion blurry

I imported a JPEG file & used trace bitmap (color option) & converted to SVG but the SVG format comes out slightly blurry. I need it in SVG format because I am using it in VideoScribe which requires SVG files for whiteboard drawing. Is there any way to convert to SVG while maintaining the same JPEG quality?

No, Trace Bitmap can never retain the same quality as the original raster/bitmap image. The more scans you do, the better clarity you have in the result. Trace Bitmap is not meant to perfectly, accurately, reproduce photos. But the higher value you put in the Scans spinbox, the more closely the result will resemble the photo (JPG).
