The drawing grid will not stay aligned with the rulers

The drawing grid created through Document Properties, will align when initially saved, but will loose alignment during the drawing process. Resetting the drawing the grid and regenerating the grid saving the drawing, and continuing will allow continued work but will still become unaligned during the session, and at the next opening of the drawings file.

Shifting the offset of the grid position does not resolve the continuing shift of the grid in the ruler framework.
