How do I know what size my image is? How do I resize an image to a specific size?

File>Export Bitmap
In the dialog, you can choose 'Page', 'Drawing', 'Selection', or 'Custom' as the export area, your units in the dropdown on the right.
In the center of the dialog, there is a section for Bitmap size, in which you can choose a specific width/height/dpi . Changing any one of these values will automatically update the others proportionally to the current export area.
When you've adjusted the export area settings to your satisfaction, complete the export by clicking the 'Export' button at the bottom right of the dialog.
