i want to draw a spiral in a heart shape

I would like to make a plan to cut a heart shaped spiral in wood. I can make round or oval spirals, but would like to be able to make them in different shapes, cutting a spiral in a plank of wood at a bevel allows the spiral to drop down and become bowl shaped, so I really want to be able to make a heart shaped bowl ( would also like to be able to make spirals in any shape)

You can use path effect "Envelope Deformation".

Thank you files very much appreciated, can copy spiral and use it. Afraid I am very ignorant (and impatient)when it comes to computer use, but when I have a spare week, might be able to get my head round what you did to achieve this '-)
