Black is not really black

Asked by andrea k

Sometimes black is ok, but many times it is not showing as 100% black. I'm new to this so wonder if there's some setting I am missing. I set all strokes to everything I can see that can make it black, but it stays a kind of faint blue color. 100% opaque. What settings am I missing?

Hi,

Can you double check that, when you open the Object>Fill & Stroke window, under the Fill tab, in RVB, the Alpha slider is 255 ? As you've already checked the Opacity setting, that's the only way to get it transparent.

Regards

Yes - it's at 255 to indicate full opaque.

Still happening.

Anyone else?
