How to put in downloaded colours Pantone?

I have to use colours Pantone, and i downloaded it, but i can't transport it to the programme. thanks for your help

Simply extract your ICC file to "~/.local/share/color/icc". You can then select your new color profile in Inkscape in File->Document Properties->Color.
