how to change the interface color theme in inkscape for windows 7?

does it run ok in win 7?

- Inkscape runs great on windows 7

- You can change inkscape appearance by specifying any gtk2 theme. You may need to add things to themes or change some parts as it may not work in an ideal way with windows.

This post : http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=22175#p22175 gives the way to go, somewhat working (I also had to also comment the last line of the file)
