Where is the set center button?

I'm trying to make a map for warlight and I need to set the center point for a reason. Where is that button to change the center point. It could be the center of rotation button so where is that.

Hi,

When you have your object selected (i.e. with the handles around it), click again on the object to go to rotation mode : the handles should change and become rotation handles. You'll also see a cross in the center of your object. This is the rotation center, that you can move by clicking-dragging it.
