New functionality to Inkscape

Good night, as I wrote the file has image demonstrating my idea, I would like to leave here the link to download the file. I put it in "pdf" format and hope you can understand my idea. Sorry for some errors in spelling because I am here in Brazil and I speak and write English fluently. Follows the file below.
