Inkscape

Proportions aren't right. All pictures are shorter than they are supposed to be.

Computer messed up and had virus. Had to redownload adobe. Since then all pictures on inkscape are proportioned wrong and they look shorter and squatty, but when you send to cutter, the hey are correct measurements and narrow. Very difficult difficult to design images and cut. I measured screen with ruler and had image that is supposed to be 3 wide by 6 tall. Measures to be 3 wide by 5 tall with ruler.

It totally looks like a screen misconfiguration, and has nothing to do with Inkscape. I guess you should go to your screen properties and change the resolution to match the native one of your screen. That should do it.
