rulers

I need to move rulers around and also the one at left is upsidedown...not like illustrator!

Inkscape is not an Illustrator replica, it's a program on its own and is an SVG editor. The SVG specifications describes the origin of the document to be the upper left corner, so the rulers are left to right and top to bottom.
