How do I download an image I have made as a picture form?

I am trying to save a drawing I made on inscape onto my photo's or documents in the drawing form as a picture. Can I do this? How do I do it?

Probably the best way is to export is as bitmap picture (using export to png / bmp / jpg / etc).
