image does not save properly with several filters unless opened in inkscape

image h as several filters applied, i.e. diffuse glow,specular light and gold spatter. saved as png,svg,emf. when images are opened in I. E. orMS digital image pro,filters are absent. Finished image only opens properly in inkscape. How to save with filters intact for posting to website?

still need a solution as i cant upload a pdf to some sites

Use 'File > Export Bitmap' instead of saving a copy as 'Cairo PNG'.

Saving as 'Cairo PNG' does not support filter effects:
