the starting page is not empty, square like figure, is that normal?

The starting page of a document is not empty, on it is a square-like figure, a block, is that normal, should I just ignore that or how can I take it away?

Yes, it is normal: that "square like figure" represents the page size of the current document - everything drawn within the page frame is visible when exporting e.g. to PDF, or when viewing the SVG file in a web browser or SVG viewer.

You can adjust the visibility (turn page frame shadows off, turn page frame off altogether) per document in
'File > Document Properties > Page'
