how do you create a background image for a web site?

I want to create a full page background for my website but when ,but i see orange dot when I used jing to capture the image
and turned into aJPG file.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Could you please clarify?

Maybe you just want to export your image. See File → Export bitmap
