Can I change a picture's resolution to 350 x 350 dpi in Inkscape?

I need to place some pictures on a web application. They have a restriction, the size of the pictures needs to be 350 x 350 dpi. The system wont accept anything different. Do you know a way I can do this on Inkscape?

When you export (File → Export) you just specify right dimensions.
