If I Trace a BMP makes a nice jod on the tracing part . But if I select the path and editing a node the line thickness changes If seem like there are nodes on the inside and outside of the line Let me know

If I press CTRL + 5 I seem to have two lines on the complete image where I would have my problem fixed if it was one linel

Inkscape does not support centerline tracing.

As an alternative, you could use the online interface to autotrace:
  <http://www.roitsystems.com/cgi-bin/autotrace/tracer.pl>
(or install autotrace on your system)
