corel paintshop pro says my inkscape svg images are not valid svg images

I import a jpeg image, select path, trace bitmap, then save as svg. When I try to open the saved image in Corel Paintshop Pro I get a message saying "This is not a valid svg image" and it will not open.

Have you tried saving as general SVG (as opposed to Inkscape SVG)?

Can you help with this problem?
