how to I skew text, not rotate, but skew

I just started using Inkscape and want to skew test, keepin the baseline fixed. How do I do this

Select the text, now click on it once more to have rotating and skewing handles. In the very middle of the object is rotation center, move it to baseline. Now use the upper skewing handle.
