Inkscape

Making batch changes to pictures.

I need to be able to take a folder of pictures and drag them to Inkscape and they all be changed to a 640x480 size. Can I do batch changes like that in Inkscape?

Inkscape does not do that. You could use Irfanview for batch processing. Or if you use Linux, then e.g phatch would do.
