Are inscape files compatible with Colel Draw?

Is it possible to open a file saved in .svg format using inkscape with corel draw?

Corel Draw is supposed to be able to import SVG files: http://www.ehow.com/how_6513485_edit-svg-files-coreldraw.html

If this doesn't work for some thing, you could try converting things to path first, or export from Inkscape to PDF, EPS, EMF, WMF, DXF or whatever format that works.

If you use filter effects, your best bet is using PDF which rasterizes effects for you. So it depends very much on your image.
